Our business was started from a question - how can we reduce the cost of pallets for our customers?

The journey from there led us to examine the total life cycle of a pallet. We quickly realised that the cost of purchasing or renting a pallet was only one part of the cost. We started noticing more waste wooden pallets outside factories and warehouses. We talked with partners in the freight as well as waste management industries and realised there was a bigger opportunity than just reducing the cost of pallet purchase.

The result is a new way of thinking to optimise supply chain overheads through reduced cost of materials, shipping & waste disposal. We ended up with our BoxnLoad cardboard pallet after significant research and development as well as re-thinking manufacturing.

Through switching from wooden pallets to cardboard pallets, businesses can positively influence a reduction in fuel use, emissions and waste to landfill. There are also some positive financial benefits that make the switch an absolute no brainer.
